At Niche Clinic, our GPs have received specialised certification from the British Menopause Society to better support women’s health, particularly during menopause and perimenopause. We understand the unique challenges you may be facing and want to offer you a dedicated space for support.

Initial Consultation

We understand that each person’s experience with perimenopause symptoms is unique. Our doctors are here to listen and support you during hormone appointments lasting up to 45 minutes.

This 45-minute consultation priced at £199 includes:

• A blood test to check your required hormone levels, focusing on menopause/peri-menopause.

  (Phlebotomy services are billed separately and are not included in the consulting fees.)

• Recommendations for lifestyle changes to manage your specific symptoms.

• A customised management plan for you, including weight management and a healthier lifestyle.

Follow-Up Consultation - Book Now

Follow-up appointments can take up to 30 minutes. We will carefully listen to your specific symptoms and concerns, and our goal is to provide personalised care by advising on any necessary testing and prescribing hormone replacement therapy (HRT) explicitly suited to you.

This 30-minute consultation priced at £99 includes:

• Follow-up blood test to check your hormone levels.

• Adjustment of prescription according to your hormone level, if required.

• Follow up on your specific symptoms and lifestyle advice.

If you are a good fit for HRT prescribing, we are pleased to offer a repeat prescription service that delivers your medication straight to your home from our pharmacy.
